Whare are the advanced pistols ?

By advanced pistols I mean non high tech pistols from the Tangent Wasteland Eagle and up (Mini Rocketlauncher, Gatlin Pistol, A&W Rapidfire SMG224, Tangent Automatic Pistol, Tangent Mini Rocketlauncher and Tangent Spitfire Gatling Pistol).

Any hint will be appreciated.

I know the Rapidifre's are sold by the Tsunami Faction Supply Managers, the Syndicate holds a tight control on all SMG and Assualt Rifle gun trafficking.

Ive been trying to get these forever... As soon as they start selling the high capacity datacubes Ill be all over it. But Ive already just used drugs and imps to bypass most of these.

The pistol smuggler in P4 sells the Wasteland eagle, but I think that's the highest TL he sells...
