Due to a lack of item tracking at this time we can neither track nor compensate for lost items. We are attempting to get Item Tracking up as soon as possible so we can stomp out the majority of these issues. I apologize for your loss and inconvience.

I lost all respect to KK, I been playing well over 2 years and this is how they treat me
