not sure where its sold in the dome but you might want to try getting it over trade channel, im sure someone will be able to deal what you need

btw have you tried the Fist weaponary shops?

most fist stores only sell up to TL 45ish HC....found one TL 65 somewhere cant remember where thgough

tbh ive not really been around the dome much only got my hybrid there.

heh thnx for the feed back, I'll try the channels as suggested, and yeah the highest i found was a 65 tl raygun which i'm currently using.

Tsunami district top floor they sell high lvl rayguns along with the usual HC stuff. Industrial 2 they sell high lvl plasma cannons and maybe something else I don't remember. Each smuggler seems to have one set of usually faction only items that they sell and they are hidden in different places.
