Yeah, you can move up there.

I don't know about the furniture - or if it's place-able in that apartmant (default one I got per transfer of char from NC1).

I just like to have the third floor. Luxurious Space offered to you by FA faction.

Yes you can move around up there, don't see why you wouldn't be able to put stuff up there either. It's the basic DoY starter Apt that everyone in DoY starts with. It's actually a whole lot easier to get up there if you put a box or something under the hole in the ceiling.

I know I know, I'm just collecting them all so that I could cuddle with them later. Timmy and Joseph aren't liking it too much though =/ - they feel like I'm abandoning them.

If you haven't done it, it's not a big secret how to get up there.

You see in the second image, the iron bar that sticks out of the floor and points way downwards (the one closest to me from the right side)?

Face it so that it's in front of you, hump it with your jump (gotta have good atl/agl), and then strafe. = W1N

That's custom though. That one was empty. One of our clannies decorated.

Also, the enterance isn't standard. You get out of the elevator, and the doors are boxed. There is a hole on the left wall. You go there. You climb up the ladder - THEN there's a real door.

We covered the hole with some bushes :D

The screenies that BD posted are of a furnished FA clan apartment (approx 400k) that has been customized with plants etc, the unfurnished one (approx 800k) is exactly the same except it doesn't come with already placed citycoms/tables etc so you can customize it right from scratch. Although with the furnished one you can't remove the furnature that it comes with, you can still add stuff to it.

I'm saving up for the unfurnished one now :p

The unfurnished apts are sweet. I bought my clans one, and within a day of it being bought it was furnished and is now looking sweet! We even have a little fort made of pillows in it! :lol:
