changing cities?

so whats the best way to change city? i heard of some mission outside the cities that lets you change, but that could be bolox.

There indeed should be a mission/npc out there to change to teh other side.

No what you do is put all your nice stuff away safely so you don't drop it then run around killing allied runners till you lose faction. Best way for pro city is to kill some CM's I hit 3 CM's yesterday on my proto tank and lose -16 sl but gained a shit load of symp with TG which turned out not too bad as I plan on going anti city after epics. 3 CM's = plus 37 TG symp :)

doesn't factionless runners get attacked in both cities tho?

Edit: someone just tried to get the mission but the npc wouldn't give them the mission, yesterday the same npc gave the mission to a fellow crahn. Now it won't give a mission to anyone?

factionless runners dont get attacked anywhere as they are allied or neutral to everyone.The only time faction guards will shoot you is if your sympathy with that faction is in the red.
