Biotech constructor license

Ok was going to craft few weapons melee CLAW..

It says in blueprint need Biotech constructor license ? MNPU #34300 - x ? etc etc.

How do i get these items ?

The Biotech FSM sells the license and the Tangent FSM sells the MNPU parts.
(FSM = Faction Supply Manager)

Better buy more than a few FCL's from your FSM, because each one is good for 10 uses.....

whats really annoying is that i got 90 CM FS, but skulls only has 62 so i cant buy any FCLs lol
