MULTIOPTION POLL : PLEASE BE SURE TO FILL IT OUT RIGHT

I need some opinions..

The project is : A Photo series (3-4 images)
The topic is : Fire and Water
My project is : The Phoenix Rubber Duck

I need you to tell me if these images illustrate the phoenix properly, if you think of the phoenix when you see these images in this order.

And I need you to tell me if itīs waaaay too obvious that these ducks were edited into the lake and not taken in the lake.

Thank you.

I need the opinions pretty fast since I will have to re edit it all by tomorrow because theyīre gonna get printed to real photo as a piece of art on friday and it takes 3 days to get the images to made.

(Look up, theres an OffTopic forum :))

Pic 1 looks cool, but you need to submers the bottom of it into the water, it is so pasted on atm lol.

its the way the water is, its like the ripples of the water give the duck away

umm the duck also looks flat compared to the background if you know what i mean

The duck is too big for the picture. It is too obvious that it has been edited on, and it is quite blatent that you have just stuck it on :p

Make the duck smaller, ;)

not really..

i have every 3d aspect from the duck copied into it, in the right angle..

but i can see what you mean with the ripples..

but I have no idea what to do about it... its very windy today..

---

I canīt make the duck smaller, because itīs the duck thatīs the theme..

but due to natural rights and so on, I couldnīt put the petrol and gasoline over the duck in the lake...

ok... make the background bigger and trim it down a bit... this way the duck is still the main feature but is in proportion with the water's ripples....

The problem is the duck is going against the ripples direction in the water, and it doesn't look like it's making any contact whatsoever. Plus the first just looks like a straight paste because it's facing sideways.

If you try blurring the ripples just underneath the duck to try and create the illusion that it's displacing them it should work quite well, but it will probably turn out pretty badly due to the quality of the background picture.

Then make the background image a little smaller along with the duck to make it a bit more of a focal point. Also, as I've said your background image looks very blurry and grainy, making the duck stick out like a sore thumb. You might want to consider getting a better quality picture. :)
