DOY sectors are all hunting grounds - Why?

I was just wondering, seeing as i like the occasional pk i was lookinmg forward to going into the new TQ sector, having a look around, finding new places to do the job :p - just like in TG before hand

But KK have made all DOY sectors hunting grounds - Why???, thats insane. MB is still anarchy so they can fuck off over here and kill, also most of NC is aswell - so wy do KK love the anti-city.

Will this be changed soon? /me for one hopes so
