Updates/missing features for the future?

Can we get an update on the things that are not in right now, and a idea when they MIGHT be comming along?

I don't know as like 90% of the playerbase, I can't get into NC2 retail (thx Click2Pay), but I've not heard anything about the playershops, my guess is that they've not made it into retail, unless anyone knows otherwise about them?
