I canceled my Neocron 1 account 30 mins ago, how long could it take before i can make the new account for the Neocron 2?

proberly a day or so, if canceled before.
Otherwise you need to wait like a week for the worldpay agreement that has to be progressed.

After you cancel you can goto the NC2 launcher and upgrade your account. Don't know if it'll allow you to do it via the website but I did it through the launcher and it worked fine.
