just cancel your account via neocron website it will go through automaticly might take a few hours

I got the same problem, I cancelled yesterday and I cant upgrade since it says the account isn't cancelled so I logged into the worldpay account and verified and it says:

Customer Cancelled 26 Sep 2003 20:15:21 GMT

So. What should I do? I dont know who to email, as it looks now it seems to be neocron.com's fault since worldpay has confirmed it's cancelled.

I cancelled WorldPay and my subscription should have run out on the 28th but it seems I can still post here which indicates I am still subscribed. Hope this isn't WorldPay screwing up. :wtf:
