What the heck is this? can someone tell me what Im doing wrong? I emailed there support twice over a period of 4 hours, and nothing so far.

All my info is correct, but what the hell?

what is this crap? Your Identity could not be verified. Please contact Customer Service.

yah i get to the screen where click2ay wants my telephone number and i enter using the template it tells me to use and i get an error in red at the bottom of the screen that says "Invalid country information"

where did i ever supply the country?

is it talking about the fact the price on the left of the click2pay is 17,20 EUR and i am using USD as the currency? well i dont have the choice anywhere to change either of those.


ugh. i love you guys and im a startup game developer much liek you were when you first started this project...but what is the deal with this?

well, I have cancelled my world pay agreements and I am currently STILL downloading the client via BIT TORRENT. But after reading all of the complaints and such on the forums, I have decided that I'm not upgrading a damn thing until this process is simplified. I'm not supplying my SSN to anyone, and I'm not going to sit around waiting for a phone call from some company over a game, nor am I going to make the call myself, just in order to have my DNA verified to play a game!! Nope! It just ain't going to happen. When I can go to a site and just punch in my credit card number to make my account, then THAT is when I shall continue to play NC, or NC2, or w/e. I'm not going to spend a couple of hours going thru a process that shouldn't take more than 10-15 minute TOPS.

also it says that the fields with an * are required and the phone ones have no * but if you dont fill them in....it cries about that.

For all USA folk. Dont use the neocron link to Click2Pay, it takes you to the eroupean sight, thats why we've been getting all the wrong contry code errors. This is the american sight http://www.click2pay.com/en/

Don't try and sighn up today, or early tomarrow. There are only 8 people working there today/tonight. They are totaly backlogged. I've made several call and talked to several really nice polite people, who are totoaly overwelmed with the volume of new bussiness.

I tryed to start my account through the luancher but after no prevale within id say about 2-3 hours i gave up on that and went to there website.

So i try to start my account through the website like ppl had suggested, and that didnt work either. I put in all my info and that went fine then moved on to next process which was CC info ect.. and then clicked the confirm thing or w/e it was and it did the whole LOADING.... 10....20... % and so on and said FAILED, then it imediatley took me to a contact page. so i closed that thinking i would jsut start the process over again and now it says account name already exsist. How is this i havnt gotten a confirmation email and it said FAILED. then why is my accoutn name already in use??? will i be getting my confrimation info soon or wuts up i mean its been hours and hours upon hours.

I just called their Germany line (from UK, dont tell mum! lol) INTERNATIONAL +49 (0)30 300 110 100

After repeating my problem a few times "I can only chose Direct Debit from Germany or USA, shouldn't i be able to choose UK."

She told me that UK customers are only allowed to use Visa/Mastercard, and no bank methods are available.

I asked her when they will be available and she replied with "they won't, we have no new information about this".

I explained that Neocron customers were promised Solo/Switch and Direct Debit, so she put me on hold for a while, to check with her supervisor.

"Neocron service may have given you wrong information."
She told me that UK customer have to use creditcards, and there are no future plans to change this.

Trying to set up C2P account from Canada, using Mastercard and it says "Invalid Credit Card Number" :confused: Called C2P talked to very nice girl she said to try again tommorrow, I will. I really want to play.

@ MJ, are you going to present these problems to click2pay as a list of things for them to correct or is it going to be more specific (ie you know my account info ect... are you going to send them that info to get me rolling in nc2?

Edit: im not saying to just get me and only me rolling ;) think that sounded wrong but i mean to get all of us rolling into nc2.

Everything worked fine with phone numbers etc.
But the payment options were little limited for me.
This far I have used Pay by Cash to pay my 5 accounts.
While ago I was hoping that I could pay with my Visa electron
but unfortunately I was proven wrong.

So could I plz get an answer if/when there is going to be a possibility to me to
a. use the playing time I have already paid (remaining NC1).
b. pay for more

When I lost 15mil clan money I laughed but even one euro for nothing ain't funny at all

Signed up through www.click2pay.com and was fine until apparently they tried to call the phone number I entered. I accidently gave them my old number (just moved recently) and the call didn't go through, therefore they locked my account.
I called their support line and they told me what happened and to email them @ service@click2pay.com with the correct number. I sent that email about 6 hours ago now. No response.

1. First of all them calling everyone is kinda stupid. They asked for my SSN, ran a credit check, and verified that the card number I gave them was valid....why the hell would they need to call me to verify more info?

2. They should be able to fix the number through their 888 number, who knows if the email even made it to them, and they have to verify more info from me anyways.....kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

I have to agree with the ppl above i'm not giving them my SS number. They have my CC and i don't even mind the phone call thing but having both those numbers is just like handing them your keys. Besides which we were told SSN wouldn't be involved for NC customers.

I'm also getting that same phone number error, beyond that their example number doesn't look like an american phone number so I don't have a clue what format they want those numbers in.

MJS if you can get them to drop the phone number and SSN thing this will make things alot smother for everyone.

OMG YES TO THE POST ABOVE ME. just have them drop the whole freakin ssn and phone number thing. Its not as if somone would go through 8 gruling hours of hassels and headaches for a 15$ game subscription. I have calculated that it would be ezr to break into fort knox then to activate my nc2 account through click2wait, and wait and wait and so on and so forth and again and wait more and more and even more,, jk but seriously all this security and hassel for 15$ its fine if somone wants to steal my credit card and go to click2wait and gets my account active its not going to ruin me its not as if they get anything from it because nobody knows my account loggin & PW only i do, yes know one knows besides kk :p

My credit card is registered in the UK, but I'm in America atm. I need to register my billing address as UK, but have the confirmation phone call to my number in the states.

Also getting the invalid country code when using +001 for America (also tried +1, +11, +01, and every other combination possible).

Can't use the launcher version or the website itself. The UK link (at the bottom of the c2p website) links to the same form as the USA version which requires an SSN, which of course, Brits don't have :)

im done trying martin . if i get an itch to try later maybe ill try again in the future but c2p sux and im sick of them. ive used some of the work arounds on the forums and im still being shut out. all i gotta say is im tired of trying and nothing is worth this much trouble/ good luck getting people to pay for this kind of confusion

After giving up with the NC2 launcher method, 3 hours of making accounts, calling them, giving both mine and my wife's SS #'s, different phone numbers, all this info was by their request BTW along with a lot of "oh I don't knows" and "I'll have to speak to my supervisor to take your money dribble drop bleh blah" they finally approved me after submitting a stool sample! :p

All part of the Neocron experience so I expected nothing less.

ok... i understand they are nice people, probly nice servis. but IMHO if the signed the deel with kk for the sign up why did they only have 8 people working the same day as the releas of an online MMO with probly atleast 1000+ people that already have the game signing up, and why when they signed the deel did they not prepare for something like this?

I had problems with the verification, they didnt call me back, not to mention they hung up on me when i called them back. This was the worst and most painful account activation for a game Ive ever done. Im afraid to get another account in fears I have to go through this crap again. Not only that I'd hate to see what would happen if you quit, C2P would prolly send a hitman to verify you are the person quitting and kill you.

But seriously, this whole experience was obsurd and Im not bringing my 2nd NC1 account to NC2 for this reason. The SSN requirement is retarted and uncalled for and the telephone verification is equally a waste of time. No other MMO does this and If its not changed all hopes of getting new customers will fly out the window if not already.

The multiple hate C2P and problem threads in these forums clearly shows that C2P needs to go, if they cannot handle customers properly they just suck. Their account policies suck everything about them sucks. :mad:

Ok friend has just told me.. tryed register with click2pay quess website? wasnt clear.

After roughly 8 hrs of mix ups found out that click2pay sent all account information to the wrong email addy for validation.
The person at click2play tryed to get click2pay security but they were not open for another 3-4hrs.

At this point friend is now worried about credit card and personal information as the validaton and all was sent to wrong email addy.

since they were not open to find more info on what has happened. i dont know more and i really only able to talk with friend in another MMO.
But wont be on now with this new headache :(

I waiting to hear from friend to fnd out more info but as said wont be on rest of night now.

So becareful with registering with their website..

1) i HAVE to pay with Switch. I do not own a credit card, and nor do i wish to own one. I believe if you haven't got the money then you can't spend it. So please give me the Switch option or you get nothing. I know Bob wants Solo as well. And without it, he won't play either.

2) I'm not having some wierd freak phone me up and verify who i am. I don't like giving my number out at the best of times. Let alone to some company who are going to phone me up and ask stupid fucking questions..

Get it sorted or your gunna lose alot of business.

My VALID Mastercard keeps getting the error: "Invalid Credit Card Number", I am pretty confused because I've read the numbers over and over again and I I am 100% sure these are right. I also never had any problems before with this card. It's a Mastercard of the dutch Postbank, should it be a problem that I live in the Netherlands? Anyway: I've e-mailed C2P and am expecting answers soon. :mad:

@MJ: Man, I've never done this much effort to actually pay something. If every payment should go his way, I would have been a millionaire by now!

Edit: one good thing though: the procedure already required us to cancel our accounts and since we are unable to create a new one, our creditcards won't be charged. :rolleyes:

I didnt have any problems and was never asked anything confidential, except for CC card info. I did create my profile in c2p BEFORE upgrading NC by going to www.click2pay.com. Also, never received a call from anyone.

Ok, this very clearly shows that:

1) KK fucked up bigtime even CONSIDERING to let a bunch of retards handle the account operation/creation
2) Click-to-pay needs to be removed from the face of the earth
3) KK YOU NEED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HANDLE THIS!!! Go back to WorldPay for all I care. False information, problems, no responses and a lousy preparation... These guys suck more balls than SOE did at SWG launch.

sry to bump this but i am so borad becuase i cant play nc2 yet and i just have to say it. Unless you have had a retina scan, sent in your photo ID, copy of your birth certifigate, a thumbprint, SSN #, phone number, CC #, have a document with atleast 10 ppls signaures confirming that they know who you are and you are who you say you are. Although they will also be subject to the same fair and simple registration process. enjoy :p

I thought this was sorted the first time C2P was discussed on the forums as a new payment provider. Read somewhere in a sticky that Neocron customers would be put in a special group that woulnd't require a CIA screening on acceptance.

I managed to get as far as entering credit card details (step 4) after about 20 attempts, but when I pressed proceed I got a white screen that said 'internal 502 error'.

Now when I try to go through the process again I get knocked back at stage 3 because 'that user name already exists' (user = email address).
It appears that I have an account now, because i can log in to click-2-play with that identity, however I haven't received an email with the activation code that they require to start playing. :(

Fast - Man it runs like a dog, and doing it through the NC launch screen is a mistake, since you got no status bar and don't know if clicking the button did anything.

Simple, yes it was simple the first 5 times of doing it to register seemed simple - except it took 5 times before I could do register cause it was 'Very Fast'

Questioning 2 of the 3 words in their logo, I can only hope what they lack in speed and simplicity they make up in security ...

Ok, ok... After 2 hours of trying, retrying, bunny hopping over those fooking script errors I finally managed to register with C2P. I even played NC2 yesterday for a while :cool:
Today I wake up, and see that C2P tried to debit my account for 17.87.. PLN. I am Polish, and they tried to debit my account with amount in euros. How dumb is that? then they e-mail me that they suspend my account, because they had problems debiting my account... DUH
Seconds later I receive e-mail from them stating that voice confirmation was completed successfully, and they spoke to me on the phone number I provided... THEY DIDN'T!!! I didn't get any phone call from them :confused:

WTF is going on, WE WANT WORLDPAY BACK!!!!

Ok im from UK this is what i get
1) got the the point to enter phone number (NOT MANDATORY) so i dont enter phone number......... freezes up or says *internal server error* grrrr

2) eventually get past this bit and enter CC details ( grr for no visa electron option or DD option) 3 times i had *internal server error* then i get *user name (the email u provide is your user name) already in use*

3) CVD? WTF is that? click for info i get *blank screen* grrr i assume its the 3 digit security number on the back of your card?!

i mailed them last night, and 9 1/2 hours later i get a reply, had to laugh or i'd of cried!

Due to an overload on emails, we could not answer your email fast enough.
May I kindly ask you if your problem has already been solved due to a
callback, or does it remain? Thank you for your understanding!

Bring back Worldpay - all is forgiven!

I've worked on writing intergrations between a customer website and an external payment supplier for both Worldpay and Paypal. (Can't find anything on Click2pay) This includes the callback parts (Which tell the customer website that the funds are there)

It's not that difficult to have both running at the same time...

xxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
not as

also when entering your name on the card the box is too small for my full name as it appears on teh card :) so you can drop the title ie: Mr , Mrs etc and also your middle name and it still works ok.

How long does it take for them to send a confirmation through that you have created a click2pay account..

I have recieved my confirmation for my new NC2 acount soon after i created it but no click2pay confirmation and i have asked them again to send my password to my e-mail address and still nothing.....being about 2hrs

thewy dont think the uk uses direct debit lol so they dont know anything baout it mjs is tyring to sort so he said at beggining of thread but i must be honets didnt ven know the us used it thought it was only england how narrow minded is that lol i need switch as well as i dont have a credit card

I am an american and not interested in giving out my SSN, I thought that 10acle or KK had negotiated a special status for NC players where it was not necessary for us to give this information. (A very wise move). I understand that most likely to do that we will have to use the Launcher interface to sign up, however I am unable to pass the phone verification part of that. the country code for the USA is +1 followed by 3 digit area code, 3 digit clec code, and the final 4 digits for my line. I have tried entering +1 and +01 but neither country code was accepted

if it wont accept your cc number from the UK enter it as

not as

also when entering your name on the card the box is too small for my full name as it appears on teh card :) so you can drop the title ie: Mr , Mrs etc and also your middle name and it still works ok.
Tried both, first says: invalid credit card number. second option causes internal error. :(

Especially after all the trouble of downloading and trying to get to the last step where my CC isn't being accepted. Took a day off yesterday to sort things out, but I'd better not done that. Trying to get into NC2 is the hardest thing ever with computers. Installing windows XP on a 386 SX is easier...

I do not have a Visa,(and that is not an option) I would perfer to pay by debit but c2p does not have that option for Canada. :( They subject calling Mastercard and maybe they will send a new card to me. Just to add my pennies worth.......

I too took hours to get through the traffic to the c2p website only to fing debit cards only availbale to US and Germany. GREAT.

I also got a response e-mail from c2p "Dear Mr Dransfield,

I managed to get all my accounts through yesterday with a Master Card, but given the sheer number of people having problems... it's appaling.

I actually feel sorry for KK here. I mean as far as I can see, all things went great there side. Cancellation of old account, upgrade of account (their side), character transfer etc.

For once, all things worked, but now C2P screwed up :(

Both the people having problems and KK have my sympathies. I hope it will be solved soon.

Before my account got suspended, I managed to transfer characters :)
I used a visa electron card to register, but now they are saying that theyre unable to debit my card for the amount stated... :confused:
I really think KK should give us another option to make payments. PayPal, or I can even transfer cash manually to account indicated by them.

I signed up on c2p last night, the registration went ok apart from the credit card being rejected (UK Bank of Scotland Visa), but everything after that worked and i got my activation code.

But because i missed the call they locked my account, i e-mailed them last night and got no reply, seems they had e-mail server problems as i got a mail this morning asking if my problem had been sorted

just about to e-mail them back.

I would really like to know IF there is going to be a payment option like Pay by Cash. I can't pay shit atm coz I do not have nothing exept my visa electron (and it won't work if there is no Verified by Visa verification system available)
I doubt they will ever manage to get VE working so I'm waiting for the Pay by Cash thingy.
Even if they got Pay by Cash (or something similar) up right now it would take 1/2 - 1 1/2 week to get my payment through and activate/upgrade my accounts.

This far I have read only one post from KK saying,
"Everything is running a bit beyond the schedule, but rest assured, we can get you all to the other side."

Thas post doesn't say how or when.
And that is not going to happen if there is no other payment options. :mad:

Also my NC1 acoount shows as cancelled but I cant log into my NC2 account information I get...

I understand for business reasons that you must source who you work with, like changing your bank for us sometimes your better off.

Under the circumstances, worldpay offered all the options that were required - could a new agreement be made with them? If that relationship has ended fair enough, i heard they had similar troubles when nc1 went retail - could that not have led you to believe it may happen again, maybe learnt from it ??

Many of us are lost here due to the lack of debit card agreements, how long must we wait? will our accounts be ok? there wont be any char transfer issues? the lost playing time? the ruining of our pityful lives? (too far?)

You have posted that your looking in to it - good some correspondance other than that soon would be nice as c2p have openly said a big fat NO to debit cards for evryone else through e-mails.(those of us LUCKY? enough to get a reply)

Not to make a hatefull message..the few people that have made it in have said thats its all pretty sexy. So we just want to give you money to join them.

I'm sure of one thing - if you wont get c2p to work on a normal behaviour (no one and nothing will force me to give them my personal information, they get my money and that's more than enough) or if you wont care about any alternate payment service people will quit (me, for example) because c2p is definitely the worst payment service i've ever saw.

A European mate asked why he only can choose Creditcard to pay, cause kk sayed that they whant to change that before the retail starts.

But c2p answered that he can only pay with this 2 creditcards and that they dont plan to change anything at this ..

When I decided to re new my Nc1 account a while ago it all went thru perfectly and without problems but with this new C2P thing come's more pointless problems.
I use a Debit Card so that's me unable to pay.
having to give out all those Details just to play a game is asking too much.
Pay by Cash or WorldPay are my only 2 options because untill then i'm out of the game :(

I have a simple answer for all this. let's just quit. I don't need anymore of this hassle, and since i have played some other MMOs, i have ever seen this kind of problems. Do I really have to have a headache about everything, NO. I myself don't like complaining all the time. It usually tells me that there's something seriously wrong if I have to complain. Of course some minor issues I can handle, but lately there has been just too much something that comes out from horses rear.(to be polite)

I got screwed first with the saturn and now second time, cuz I have always paid with paybycash, and I REALLY don't want to use credit cards. I don't even own one. there's already an example what could happen.(referring to Sandviper earlier).

this has gone too far.

I can seriously say tho, that they have probably worked hard since this has been promised to us long ago. but....I'm not sure....what if the retail version of this game is still so buggy than the Beta? i'm gonna feel screwed for the third time. Do I want that? NO!

There has been nothing to ease my pain.

It's KK loss anyway, though they are probably too dumb and blind to be able to see this... Or maybe they gave up international community and plan on marketing the game only in germany? Seems suicidal as well to me.

I really dont get it. KK you dont see that c2p limits your potential playerbase in half? Isnt that any problem to you that you will loose old and new players? Isnt that a problem that your income will inevitably drops down due to your moronic choice of payment service?

Few years ago i've been working in a similiar mmorpg company, they had a great team, awesome people, yet the head of the company was a brainless idiot. Due to this, all their decisions were terribly wrong, all their expectations were flawed, all their plans were uncomplete in the end. This company does not exist anymore. Yet i can see a similiar behaviour and a complete lack of knowledge and experience from your side - maybe i'm wrong, but from my side, you're just making a terribly wrong decisions, one after another, and choosing a company which will simply block people from paying for your game is, well, name it yourself...

ok for all you people who have vise/electron cards, i have managed to pay by visa/electron, as you will know if ur in UK like myself its not a credit card or classed as a visa as such, its a debit card. it took a phone call from C2P to get it sorted but it HAS beed accepted.

Took a good few hours tho, from 9pm last night till 1pm today! :( and a few harsh emails! (every 1/2 an hour!) but i got there in the end!

ok for all you people who have vise/electron cards, i have managed to pay by visa/electron, as you will know if ur in UK like myself its not a credit card or classed as a visa as such, its a debit card. it took a phone call from C2P to get it sorted but it HAS beed accepted.

Took a good few hours tho, from 9pm last night till 1pm today! :( and a few harsh emails! (every 1/2 an hour!) but i got there in the end!

Some (atleast Nordea) banks needs to validate Visa electron payment using "Verified by visa" procedure.
The other thing with Electron is that,
By default my card didn't have Internet payments enabled.

I enabled it when I tried to use it to pay with worldpay, but they had not
the "verified by visa" thing. So it didn't work then and I think it will not work now.

There is no way to get around entering the SSN."

This is what happen to me in canada. Many credit card companys dont allow online gambling with there card which was what happen to me in case with 2 sepertate CC. I called the CC company and they said " im sorry sir click2pay also deals with online gambling and our company policy is not to deal with that stuff so there is nothing we can do about it. KK do you do any reasearch at all before you pick these types of companys to do buiseness with?

I restarted my NC1 subscription mid-september in order to prepare my characters for the transfer. I worked my nuts off leveling up and getting the stuff I wanted. Then I lost everything in the rollback to September 5th. That's one whole month's-worth of subscription that you took from me for nothing. Do I get a refund or some extra play-time? No, of course not.

Still, I tried to be patient and laid-back. What's my reward? This bulls**t!

If I was you, I'd be on my hands and knees BEGGING people to stay, dishing out some sort of compensation or AT THE VERY LEAST keeping people in the picture and offering some apologies.

The direct debiting payment possibility in Austria will be activated today. Click2Pay is working on the direct debiting payment possibility (e.g. Switch/solo) in the UK. Apparently some formalities need to be cleared before Click2Pay can activate it.

@ KK - Do u know if us peeps with switch/solo cards can expect to be able to play sometime today? Or is it gonna take days? :(

Still no support from C2P or KK, other than the announcement by Holger Nathrath (http://forum.neocron.com/announcement.php?f=2&announcementid=215) which basicly tells me "no dice" if the person doesn't have a CC and lives outside of UK/US/Austria.

The email i sent to C2P for support is now 9 hours old.

Mr Nathrath says via the statement that if i want to pay KK for NC2, seeing as C2P cannot obtain validation for my Visa card, i have to perform foreign country telephone calls. My bank is Nordea, a scandinavian enterprise which covers Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. My account has ample finances to cover the expenditures for the NC2 transaction.

C2Ps website (http://www.click2pay.com/neocron/) tells me i can call them tollfree. My phonecompany, Denmarks largest, does not offer tollfree calls abroad.

So what am i now supposed to do? :confused:

I have several friends who have the same problem as me. (I'm going to be 18 in two months) There is no way I can get my parents SSN and my friends are in the same boat. Yea my dad just tryed to sign up for a trial account and he got a damn script error at the end. IT almost seems that Neocron members are not really excluded from the whole ssn and id thing, becuase in fact the only possable way to sign up atm is by using there website which ask for a ssn. And the fact that kk has not had the launcher problems resolved along with the fact that they havent even stated a single post to wuts being done on there part to resolve these issues with c2p.

And further more for the ppl who are still asking about the phone number thing (mainly US and CND) the format is like this

[+1] [then 3 letter area code] [and last your phone number]

This has proven to work for me last night. although there is now a script error thing comming up now.

C2P Guy: "What is your IE Browser version 5 or 6?"
Me: "Internet Explorer version 6"
C2P Guy: "It sounds like your Java needs to be enabled"
Me: "My Java is enabled completely"
C2P Guy: "Then go to download.com and get a Java upgrade then try it again and that should work."
Me: "OK, thanks."

After following his instructions and upgrading my Java, I got the same problem.

I call the 1-888 number again
C2P Sexy English Chick: "Our tech people are working on that as we speak. It appears that the system is overloaded with Neocron2 people signing up and the system can't handle it. Our techs are still here and it's a quarter to 9pm and they will stay as long as it takes. We (C2P) have been informed that the Neocron2 people are also taking care of the problem on their end as well. Unfortunately I cannot help you any further, there is nothing that can be done at the moment, all I can say is keep trying. Sorry."


I'll give KK one more day without hearing official word regarding a resolution to this set of problems with Click2Pay then I'm saying feck it and moving on to WoW when it's released, even if it IS a stupid turn-based game.

This is bullshit that KK's customers like myself have to be Beta Testers for their payment company.

Not only are Americans paying $20/month to play "NC2" (the MOST EXPENSIVE online game in history) but we also have to endure an arduous process to give the payment!? Bloody bizarre business practices KK.

I had to sign up through their website, and I only got one error that said failed when trying to submit. I clicked submit again and it worked fine.

Other than that, I had no problems signing up on the website, didn't get a phone call, and didn't have to enter a SIN/SSN.

Maybe they like Canadians?

Edit: Looked at the source - the issue number has to be 2 digits so put in 06

O_o ive figured out my phone number yay and even used the workaround where u go to clik to pay .com and make an account i recieved my email with my password and all and what started out as the light at the end of the tunnel suddenly got worse i mistook a 0 for a O in my pass word :lol: and proceeded to attempt to log into c2p , i failed the attempt 3 times and now my account is locked and unusable . :mad: i need another work around =P

Ok, dunno if anyone else has had this.

UK phone numbers have a 5 digit area code and a 6 digit number following that.
For international phoning you remove the 0 at the start, this gives you a 4 digit area code.

The c2p want s 4 digit 'area' code and a furthur 5 digits.

Where am I going wrong?

This is honestly getting really stupid now. Time ticking by and they still aint fixed it and i'm loosing patience fast. My accounts are still payed for and still have gametime left on them, i expect to be able to play them.
