After 50 mins of waiting, I'm still told at https://ssl.neocron.com/launcher/createaccount.php?LANG=&IP=&PORT=&VERSION=& that:

Looks like your account is not cancelled. You can cancel your account here. If you still have problems after that please contact our support.

I even got the cancellation confirmation email from account@neocron.de .

NC2 is DL'd and installed and I'm waiting... :(

I read all the posts regarding the upgrade but don't know what I'm doing wrong. Someone please help me get into NC2 so you can PK me...

I just got off the phone with Click2Pay (German girls have SEXY accents) and was told that
"usually there is no problem with this, but right now there is. Unfortunately none of our tech people are working but they will be working in about 5 hours from now. My suggestion is trying again tomorrow."

This is what I'm going to do, because I am NOT giving my SSN. I've worked too hard for my good credit and need it unscathed for my business.
I wouldn't give a U.S. company my SSN, let alone an international company.
