Why I am only getting 18-22 Kbs/sec from the torrent? I am using Azureus and wonder if theres something i did wrong and can change...

You cannot do anything at all.Can be lts of reason why slow download.
Routing for example.And distance between you and the ppl that share.
Some ppl also maybe got low upload speed and so on

Make sure you're also uploading (but not flooding your upload bandwidth).
