No doubt in the 30 seconds it took me to load this page there's about a hundred identical threads been created, but I can't upgrade any of my accounts, it says they're not cancelled (which they are, and if I try and cancel them again it says they're cancelled).
Fix it before I explode from pent up enthusiasm :D

My trouble is the phone number. I DO NOT AGREE WITH HAVING TO GIVE MY PHONE NUMBER for the Click2Pay crap. Aside from that, it refuses any phone number that isn't foreign to me. It doesn't accept US telephone numbers.

The upgrader isn't querying the database properly I guess.

Well they don't like my phone number for some reason (signed up at their site yesterday, and they locked my account up after 1/2 hour because they were too dumb to figure out how to call me. Bad system).
Have you seen the upgrade in the launcher? Click2Pay only accepts those weird ass foreign phone numbers.

I get upto the click to play in the nc2 launcher. I have to sign upto c2p fair enough. Get to the bit where i have to enter my details, ok. Filled in the first page... goes to click next and... AN ERROR HAS OCCURED ON THE SCRIPT ON THIS PAGE, Do you wish to continue running scripts on this page? y/n. It doesnt matter which you click because it DOESN'T WORK either way. Its not just me having this problem, other peeps outa my clan are having the same problem.

Add a browser status bar to the launcher please. Click2Pay is hideously slow, so I can't tell if something failed and doesn't give an error message, or if it is still processing my request. I don't want to click the button multiple times and end up confirming 10 payments or something.

and so on, hasnt changed one bit after 2 mins

Try opening your browser and using https://ssl.neocron.com/launcher/index.php?module=start&VERSION=&LANG=&IP=&PORT=& it's a little easier than the launcher browser. Not that the system works either way, but at least with a browser you can see it not working.

After about 30 mins of ubber slowness, everything though apeared to of gone well.. even to the part that they now confirmed everything and just need to eneter in my credit card details... after inputting in my details and clicking on save.. I get the following...

KK's side of the transaction goes smooth, it's the c2p side that breaks.
Probably they can't handle the load or something, but that isn't an excuse. If they sign a deal with a game company to offer this kind of special sign-up they should damn be able to handle 1000 new customers at once.

But the part where I have to enter my creditcardnumber is kinda harder for me: C2P keeps saying that I have an invalid cc-number :confused: I have the card right in front of me here and everything is ok. I've never had any kind of trouble with this creditcard so far. :confused:

I've managed to get to the payment details but there is only Visa/Mastercard to choose from as cards, there is no Switch/Solo... So i can't go any further :confused: :mad:

I used the usual numbers for international phone numbers. +46 | area code without the first 0 | my number
Sometimes you have to remove the first number in the area code if it's a 9 too, might be more numbers, i don't remember.

The SPECIFIC ISSUE is that the signup form doesn't accept the single digit US country code +1. The form shows the example: e.g.+49 162 55555
It is clearly expecting a two digit country code. Why can't KK straighten this out?

It IS an issue with KK because the c2p signup form is a custom form for KK. The signup form on the c2p website accepts a US phone number. KK contracted with them to provide this service so they should get it straightened out. The fact they are having tremendous problems with their server isn't very reassuring for a company that has our credit card info.
I was finally able to get an account by going to the c2p site and creating the account there instead of creating it inside the NC2 launcher.
