LOCALPORT in nc's ini file

used to need LOCALPORT= in the neocron.ini file to use 2 machines through one internet connection.
Still needed or surpassed with code?
If it's still needed is it same format?

It's still needed, and still works the same way.

You can also configure it through the launcher now though, just press the configuration button when you open the launcher. (Should be next to the Start Neocron button)
