Servers Still back up on Wednesday

Due to the recent mismanagement of the hamster that runs the nc1 servers does this mean the turning on of the nc2 servers is also delayed or that they will still be turned on on wednesday 29th?

actually it doesn't say anywhere if they are sticking to the original launch date of the 29th seeing as the saturn server won't be going down till at least noon on the 29th
