NC2 NEXT Faction Sympathies

Does abyone know which factions will be allied to NEXT. I am particulally interested in anti-city factions?

All DoY factions are hostile to all NC factions and vice versa. CM is neutral to all but TG and various same city factions are neutral to each other, but the 2 main cities are hostile across the board.

Basically the following I believe:

CityAdmin: Allied
DRE: Allied
NExT: Allied (I know, bit obvious, but just for completeness sake)
BioTech: Allied
Tangent: Allied
ProtoPharm: Neutral
Tsunami: Hostile
Black Dragon: Hostile
Crahn Sect: Hostile
CityMercs: Neutral
Fallen Angels: Hostile
Twilight Guardian: Hostile

Also, not all allied may actually be allies, some of them may actually be neutral. The hostilities are definitely correct however.

So I wonder how I gain NEXT sympathies when I'm an anti-city faction. It would be nice to be able to travel the NC city metro system without getting shot :(
