best adware and spyware removal tools ?

i use spybot and ad-aware.. i just ran both twice.. second run after i restarted and things are still detected.. mainly 3 dso exploits.. spybot cant remove it ? what are the best removal tools ?

usually you have to delete them manually find there orgin and delete them in SAfe mode usually in sys32 folder or winblows. "Highjack this" is awsome proggie check it out

Well ive not found any good working spyware remove tool because they always leave a really wicked adware thingy called "msn" on my machine.
I cant get fucking rid of it :lol:
