Rifle combat - speed nerf

Anyone know wot percentage speed nerf rifle combat gives? Basically i need to cap run speed with my rifle out, so wot total ath and agl do i need?

About 115 agl + 80 atl made me pretty hard to hit on my rifle spy. Dunno if thats already the capped runspeed with a rifle out though but my pistol spy got about the same runspeed, no real difference to me in runspeed at all.

i dont think theres a noticable increase after about 90 odd agility but u might as well drug like a whore and push for over 100 so long as u dont mind flashes. > 90 agility is not advised. i saw the difference in my rifle pe along time ago when i lomed a bit to test.

don't know figures and can't be arshed to find out atm. but in agil from about 90 to 100+ does make you alot faster imho..

i popped out my moveon on killer and placed a advanced movement 3 in my head for now and i'm realy faster then i was.
