[OT] Hardware/ software problems

This sucks soo much but here is my problem.
I am having a <windows root>\system32\hal.dll missing message at startup. Cant go no further.I try to repair from the WIN XP cd but I have a sata drive.
I have a M7NCD Ultra mainboard from Biostar. I have lost my driver cd and by setup disk went corrupt so I have to make a new one. When I did, it does not work
Need help please, going through withdraw from neocrack!!!

have you searched o goole for the file? the majority of windows files are available to download somehwere

yea, I cannot find the sata raid controller. But i will give it another look, It is not accepting any of the sata controllers atm for some reason.

hal.dll is an... important file... yes, um, long story short ur fucked, afaik the is no way to repair windows once hal.ddl is currot or missing.

Eh fixed, had to manually copy files over to the C drive. What a bitch
