I was planning to get my monk sorted for transfer for doy retail, but when i went to reactivate my account there was no link to do so, is there anyway to do it otherwise or is my char lost forever now? :confused:

Means you cancelled the account while in payment default and Worldpay is holding it. You'll need to cancel it directly via Worldpay.

yup... log into worldpay and cancel the account in there.

should then work in www.neocron.com/account
