I went to the dealer in Plaza2 and found none.

where they removed or just moved?

All I have so far is beast, been selling it for 4k a pop. Saza is running a nice little drug business out of TH though. I think he has all the +5 drugs.

there are some NPC missions for drugs too :P

might have to get illegal drugs from NPC quests
