There is a complete list of the factions related to the cities ?, I mean, will be Tsunami on NC or DOY... ?, Mercs, Anarchy...

All factions within a group i.e. Pro-CA are either Allied or Neutral to one another, also all factions in one group i.e. Pro-CA are Neutral or Hostile to those in the apposing group. (this is what i have been led to believe so far)
