That's Red Machine D off the Penny Arcade forums, and the video was taken at PAX recently. Jesus, for someone that... huge... he's got stupid DDR skills. I can't even do the easier stages without tiring, and I'm a twig compared to him!

Oh, and it's not really of Star Wars Kid quality, since the guy spreads the video about, hosts it, and thinks it's hilarious.
