MAybe b/c you can't sign up for NC beta yet and thats a list of beta sign ups :S

They haven't really advertised the "watch" period n e where in english

Well i thought the NC2 beta was for NC1 subcribers only, aka not free. Where as those are all "sign up for free - get accepted - test beta".
