ive been discussing this with a friend at work and its going to happen.

all new computers are introducing PCI express, a new form of pci card which a number of features, so all old gfx cards and pci cards which still use the normal PCI slots are going to drop in price CONSIDERABLY, it will happen once psi express is fully introduced so i suggest everyone to keep there eyes open.

Most mobo's that are comingo ut now appear to have PCI Express already, and the graphics cards have just started coming out - They've even bought out the older Geforce 5900 series in a PCI Express format.

As far as I'm aware you can still use PCI and AGP cards in PCI Express slots.

yes you can but eventually all or 90% of new gfx cards will be pci express so the normal pci gfx cards will reduce in price.
