Open Beta help

Hi guys, can anyone varify a few things for me about the open beta please?

I sent off an application quite some time ago and didnt get picked, so I have been waiting quite a while for the beta to come out to everyone, erm from what I was told, the open beta comes out today (1st of september) yet I can't see anything on the website to do with it actually being open, can somone varify when it is going to be out please.

Also I'm not to sure about the release of NC2, I heard it was the end of September, can somone varify that aswell please?

Open beta starts 6th September.

Retail NC2 start 29th September. NC1 chars will be moved to a big database on 26th September, and then the servers will be rebuild for NC2.

So leme get this straight. The DL for the client starts on the same day access becomes available? Just so I know when to D/L it - although - they probably will tell us when it's available for download on the day right?

Personally I would like to see the client torrent setup before the weekend so that many people can download it and help seed it. Means also we can have it all installed ready for the server details when they are announced :)

Yea, ~1,6gbit download is going to take a while anyway. If they release it on the same day that beta begins I belive its going to take atleast a day for some people to get the client.

its a .torrent file as far as we know, so there no one place to downlaod it from. The torrent will propably be posted on the forums, and u download that (small is file) and open it with a bit torrent program. Then you download it off the seeds and peers on the network. The more you upload the better your download, so my 1.5 meg line rox!

Can't stress this enough - Make sure to all keep your torrents open to seed the little peoples when ur done!!!!
