Reakktors chance to sue CDV?

I realise that I know smeg all about the contract that Reakktor and CDV signed, but wouldn't it have something on it about remaining valid untill the end of it's license?

CDV's Neocron site no longer exists. Probabally just wishfull thinking, but damn I hope Reakktor find a way to sue CDV, I hate those bastards.
