Will the SkillGuide still apply?

Does anyone know if in NC2 they will be changing the way skills and resists work? Will the information in the announcements section still apply?

Richard hit it in the most simplified way possible.

Most of me says I'll have to relearn the skills and their formulas in NC2, while some of me says KK is too busy/lazy to entirely revamp the skills.
