I notice on MMORPG.com site under Neocron forum two people who have no idea about Neocron but apparently joined the contest and won, so they are in the beta
here is what one of them says:
"ya i won too, when is the game schedualed to be released? "

So how does one do the contest, the only place for contest I found said that it is only for the German players
