Yup, pretty much what he said, on two counts - no selling ur account to other ppl, as they haven't made the agreement with KK and unlike account info, agreements aren't passable. I think. Don't quote me, maybe official KK word would help.

And 2nd, no advertising accounts for sale or anything like that.... Think its article 5 in the rules... saw it last night....
