Clubs and Faction HeadQuarters will be safe zone, nothing else.
And there will still be the LE.... which should never have existed in the first place...
As posted, Clubs and Faction headquarters are said to be safezones. But who really knows except the Devs (and Beta players).

But they won't be n e where near as hard and zones can be owned, Ie copbots won't respawn for a certain period or till they leave the zone or something.
There will be copbots, and anti-city will be KOS to copbots in Plaza/Via
sectors, but one of the devs said that they will make it possible for a
group of players to take down a group of copbots so we should be able
to "raid" the city, and vice versa i suppose.

well unless there are way more copbots in NC2 than NC1 ill love it...
everyone one in plaza shall phear my Raptor drones... i know at least 5 awsome hiding places in plaza 1 and 2 :D

Me thinks stealth is going to be important, poor newbies.
I like the idea of having the Faction HQs and Clubs being safe zones. I always thought it was funny how empty the clubs are now, this way people will actually go to them to socialize and safety.

We had a couple of these discussions a long time ago. I agree it should be
hard, very hard, but not fucking impossible... Should still be fun to raid the
city, and also possible with a smaller crew so you dont have to take 10+
people for some action...

i want it to be so hard that it takes a real effort and so hard its not gonna happen several times everyday should happen rarely if it was up to me or be possible rarely
btw via hacknet u can get in there kinda painless and if ure a spy snipesors and stealth around should be fun

True, but whatever happends there needs to be a place where you know you
can find some action, like pepper park today etc... So you dont have to go
through plaza or get a pp apt to be able to PvP... There needs to be another
place for this aswell.
