Does KK by any chance plan to reset the skills when NC2 goes retail?

Well they could answer with a "We have no plans for such etc etc..." or
"Yes we plan to give that option".... I mean they probably have things like
this covered by now, or should have...

They said characters will not be wiped, so I'm assuming we keep our skills (wouldn't be a great deal of point in giving us our QB items otherwise).

How so? Lets say your a PPU but you know that there will be a skill reset and
you want to play as APU so you bring some APU gear along instead.

Aha skill reset. Sorry, I thought you meant skill wipe. Yeah, it would be pretty cool if there was a reset. Would save me a lot of trouble. :)

How do we know LoM's will continue to exist?

How do we know LoM's will continue to exist? On my spy just recently, I accidentally added my points from a psi level to aggressive psi instead of mst. Without LoMs... well, you know.

Without LoMs... well, you know.LoM's didn't always exist - and not all games allow easy access to items which alter stats. Just think, more time would need to be spent playing, which in turn means more money.

Looks good on paper.

It might look good on paper, but as soon as players realized their char is fucked forever, and they have to reroll with the chance of making a mistake again, NC would be finished. It didn't matter in beta because no-one knew what skills did what anyways.

Exactly, there was no specialization, I had points everywhere, but today
you need that perfect setup where every single point counts, adding one
somewhere else by mistake would mean you have to reroll. That would
truly suck.

Ooohhh. :(It's better to err on the side of caution and be negative... So as you can be surprised in the future.

Certainly beats being overly postive then proven wrong.

I find it best to be somewhere in the middle, that way you win some you loose
some. And because you loose some the victories (sp?) taste much better.

But i think i'd rather be overly optimistic then overly pessimistic (sp?).

Half-empty. Half-full. Either way, it's a glass of water.
