Saturn mission bug is causing more problems

The mission bug was the reason why I could not fucking change faction after 5 hours of waiting for a e-mail back which never came I logged on one of my other chars. The NPC's where talking fine to them so it was just my trade skiller then it just clicked in my head 0.o had on a min the BD npcs are talking to my proto spy like she just completed the BD epic

To fix this problem if anyone else gets stuck with it just open the missions window and click cancel mission about 250 times till the missions window is clear of junk. Now you will be able to talk to the contact NPC's and change faction

Sometimes that wont even help, if not, try a relog and press cancel 250 times again and you might have the luck with you.

Try to leave the clan. Then restart the client.
It worked for me - i could do missions/epics without any problems.
