I wanted to reactivate my second account and it won't work. Sent in a ticket but no reply yet.
The only option it gives me is to change my address. (i can't go directly to world pay because I don't have all those details any longer)
If I go to 'cancel account' it says my account is already cancelled, but it does not give an option to reactive it.
What am I doing wrong. I am having nightmares thinking of my chars on the deactivated account going down with the Titanic and arrive on the other side without anything.
