our website/forum has reciently been updated and now everyone else can get on apart from me :/

well, the forum has been updated, new one, and just a day or 2 ago the webhosting was updated and the forums were moved, but everyone else can visit any pages and when i try to go on anything it just says this page cannot be found, anyone got any ideas? :(

seriopusly check if ur ISP blocks certain pages etc

lol, if i wanted to do that i would :p
but how can i be blocked from my own website, it was working a few days ago to even after it was updated, now it just doesnt :(
