Ok I have a bit of a problem. Once I get to Vegas, I will have about $40-$80 spending cash, also I am 19 years old. I don't plan on gambling or seeing any concerts or anything that will cost alot in one shot. Most of the spending money will probably be on food..

Anyone have any suggestions on what is the most fun thing to do in Vegas for cheap/free? I tried looking on google but couldn't find any useful info, so I came to these forums hoping some of you might know what would be best. Also I already have rooms for Caesars Palace.

So far I have, Strip Club and there is a beauty contest going on so I can like check out lots of hot girls my age :D

going for 5 days and have $50-80 to spend each day or $50-80 for the whole time? If it's for the whole time don't go. It's not possible to get by there on $10-15 per day.

Food in casinos is cheap but not that cheap and if thats all you've got you'll be excluded from really doing anything but walking along the strip, watching everyone walk by & reading the papers for the legal brothels

p.s. hot girls your age in vegas strip clubs or beauty contests got 1 thing on their mind, seperating you from your money

Well I'm not really sure if I will have to pay for food, and tbh, I could easily eat one meal a day, I do it all the time, not a big deal. Especially with the buffets, go to like a $10 buffet and I could be full for the rest of the day. I am sure I will have more spending money though. But $50-80 is like bare minimum. I hear vegas has lots of cheap things to do that are really fun, thats why I asked.

Actually I hear he is back again, lol.

tbh going there under 21 isn't too much fun. I gambled a bit when i was 20 and pretty much did everything all my 21+ friends did and never got carded. But they've gotten really strict. Also, that money i don't care who you are will last you 3 days tops.

las vegas is all too erm...bright, noisy and sexy for me. I guess i'm just not mature enough, I'd rather just go to a resort or something.

I would hang out at the pool (trust me, you'll like what you see ;) ) or see if there are any nightclubs for the under 21 crowd. That's where all the other under 21 peps will be.

I had fun in vegas when I was 18-19 (oh so many years ago... sigh). Lots of casinos have free\low cost attractions. Also, check out Freemont street its pretty cool and at night its like a big block party.

It sounds like you have the right attitude to find your own fun. Its fun to walk the strip and check out the casinos or people watch. And once your sick of that you can relax at the pool (oh look, I'm back to that agian) and make some new friends.

I live in Vegas and there is plenty to do, but it costs money even if you are underage. Hmm lemme think.

You definitely want to hit the Caesars pool. Caesars Palace also has its own mall called the forum shops. Its expensive as hell but its cool just to hang out at at least for a day. It has some cool shops in it that are fun even if you dont buy anything.

There is a cool place in the Hard Rock Hotel where you can smoke all sorts of different tobacco from from a hookah pipe if you want to try that out.

If you are into roller coasters at all you can check out some cool ones. Sahara has a good one as does New York New York. The Big Shot on top of the Stratosphere is very cool at night but you have to pay to even just go up there so that could run you over 10 bucks just for that.

Check out Fremont Street at night. (The north end of the strip). They have a light show thing and even have bands playing on the streets.

There are a lot of free shows in front of the casinos. Water show in front of Bellagio, light show in front of Ballys, volcano in front of Mirage, pirate fighting boat thingy show in front of TI. They are all good for being free, but personally I wouldnt seek them out. Maybe just stop by and watch if you are there already.

The best free things are going some where like Valley of Fire, Red Rock, or Hoover Damn, assuming you have the transpotation to get there. Most people dont like to waste their time with a hike while they are in Vegas though. :p

My advice is to just play it by ear. The casinos try to offer as much free stuff as possible so people come in to lose their money. :p Just keep your eye out for advertising. Your best bet is to just walk down the strip and if you see something you like, go for it.
