Peacemaker bugged ? O_o

Why does the peacemaker do Xray and not poison damage like the rest of the lowtech melee ?

PPl wanted melee to have xray/poison mods but couldnt do it, maybe this is there fair compramise :S

I don't know but it seems fair... jsut lower the damage or run speed or heal or something on melee :)
