Rare manager

Is there a DLable rare manager anywhere? I've seen Tech Part System v1.0 but can't find anywhere to DL it.

I use the RPLE excel sheet made by StryfeX. You can export the database to a HTML file and upload it to the web. Check the link in my sig for the result.
