Hmm, how are you running them?
I always just do /sms <key> to run them.
Also, make sure that the < and > signs are not present when actually typing, otherwise it won't work.

As far as I know, it's supposed to possible with a key combo as well, but I have no idea how to do that.

It would be really usefull if you could really "BIND" it to some key..
I.E: now i press key "k" and it throws out the message "EVERYONE WHO NEEDS BUFFZZZ CROUCH NOW!!!" :)

Once youve done +sms a LBLERLGBRTGBRT or whatever, press alt+s, then press the key you bound your message to.

How do you do that?

With the +sms commands it never saves it next time you launch nc and it's a whole mess in the end :(

ok so now i am able to disable the HUD easily by adding

sms-L=/set ctrl_renderhud 0

I just type /sms l , but when the hud is gone i can't type /sms 0 anymore

TAB fails to respond and only when I press ENTEr i can't move anymore but i can't type either so i'm kinda lost

oh thats easy... kill the hud with alt+F6

its gonna flash uber fast so just know the key is sensitive
once you get the hang of it you will be able to turn your hud off easy
