I can't remember exactly, but basically you gimp your PE totally so you can use vehicles that suck.

I do it because I'm an idiot. Can't say I'd recommend it though.

Great for PvM I spose, but arse all use for PvP.

PvP = Player vs Player

And that thing about leveling with vehicles... that must be for PE's, my vehicle spy had to work for ages and ages to get those last dex levels. :(

Well, Ill tell you, a True vehicle master can use a assault trike in PVP, but I "havnt" reached that L33Tness yet. getting there though^^

Im a HC/lowtech rifle Hybrid PE, which is fun^^, I have AoE and a Pain easer^^

Yea I had a clannie who could rip through on a combat trike and lead dead people in his wake. The problem is if they are expecting you it is easy to kill you (especially if they are an APU).
