Was just wondering, why is this beta contest only open to over 18 year olds?

I'm 14, (yeah yeah I use mommys credit card) but I fail to see WHY the contest should be open to 'adults' only? I'm sure I speak for many U18's who want to apply for the mmorpg.com beta thing....

EDIT : Im not one to lie about my age either....

Because your not meant to play an over 18s game if your under 18.

i think it has more to do with the legality of the NDA...if your under 18 you cant be bound by a contract legally....whereas if your over 18 and u sign an NDA and break it they could potentially sue your ass

The reason could be that KK only want those who are 18 or older in the beta, but I might be mistaken about that.

He got it in one. If you can't sign an NDA, most companies won't have you in any closed beta. I'm in the same boat.
