How can i raise my soulight if i can't take missions? I have negative 11 but i can't raise it. Are GM's going to fix soulights while this misson bug still exists? any eta at all?

It goes up on it's own from -11

You should have enough symp with some faction to do missions though - they're based on faction sympathy not soullight.

on saturn: go to the plaza 3 noobsewer and do very easy missions like kill roach and kill small spider, if ya do em fast enough then ya wont get the fail message :)
