Is there a way to add a Mouse Lag onto Neocron?

Purely for the perpose of FPS, is there a way to add a mouse lag to Neocron?

I already know there isn't one there.
It's more of a case of, can I edit my neocron.ini with an entry like "mouselag=true" or something, :confused:
