You need quite a lot of r-c though.

Yes.

But it takes, like Zork said, a LOT of R-C. My lowtech rifle PE caps it (170 ROF), but I have an SA in, and wear PA3.

Meh. I'm drug free. Not that XaNToR didn't try his ass off to make me a complete addict like him (I swear he's a goddamn walking pharmacy), but I didn't give in to the addiction.

Used to drug into Heat / Haz 1 sometimes though. But not very often.

You need somewhere around 190 R-C to cap ROF for the 'Easer on a PE. It also depends on how much DEX you have, since that is a minor factor in the Rifle frequency formula.

I hit 162/min.

Maybe with a Rifle 3 it would cap i suppose.
Thats with PA3, SA, SF, Ballistic 3, Rifle Eye 3, so i think i hit about 185 R-C

when i got to borrow a mates rifle kami and SA i capped it, but that was for like a week lol
