hey hey

i have both skillmanager V1 and skillmanager V2 and i was wondering if anyone had, or knows where i can get, up to date files for them (the drug / imp / armour settings)

I suggest going to one of those NC sites and just making it yourself... or you might get lucky and someone will give it to you...

they have restriction values in them, since it was intented for Skillmanager 3.. but it shouldnt interfere with older Skillmanagers.
