Faction changing

Does Faction sympathy rise of factions that are allied to the faction you're changing to?
I want to go DRE, but it seems my CA sympathy is only at -40 (dre being at -76). So it would be easier to get CA's sympathy up.. does that raise DRE's sympathy?

Missions only rise the sympathy for the faction you got them from... maybe you could kill an character hostile to DRE.

it will raise yes n3m. when u switch to ca dre will climb a bit. all u need do then is get a blackdragon or 3 to kill and u will sort it :)
