they are supposed to be for the terminator run, but as its not sorted in terms of strange book drop rate, the terminator parts are now in the tech pool

according to some other thread deep in the bowels of the forum... terminator parts are dropped just like all other rares. so wtf is the strange book for?
i got one yesterday and got a bunch of BS answers when i asked what it was.
