Quick question, what's the Holy Shelt freq cap?
in 42/min or 52/min that is??

i think its 52 , not sure though.

go to crahn shop and get tl 25 shelter. see what freq you get on it. seeing as you (should!) fully cap it, that should tell you what the freq cap is.

heal is 52, deflector is 42... thats why i'm unsure of shelter... i get 42/min
on my ppu so either i'm far off or I cap it...

Alot of ppu spells cap at different rates, so well, there's really no standard.
